Operations Update: January 3 - April 1 The Agricultural and Industrial Museum, Historical Society Museum, Library and Archives are open Wednesday- Saturday 10 am - 4 pm.
Masking Policy: For vaccinated guests, masks are optional in the general areas and gallery spaces. In the smaller spaces such as the Library & Archives masks are required by all guests. The York County History Center has two separate sites available for rent that would make the perfect backdrop for any affair. Be it formal or informal, entertaining at any of these properties would be extraordinary, unique and memorable.
250 East Market Street, is a renovated car dealership dating back to the 1920’s. Founders Hall, the main lobby area of the Museum and the Meeting Hall, which has a separate garden entrance, features an elegant black and white tile flooring to compliment any type of function.
217 West Princess Street, is housed in a complex of renovated factory buildings, some of which date back to 1874. The outside courtyard area and expansive lobby and reception area provide an impressive setting for a wide array of reception functions.
