Field Trips to the York County History Center
The York County History Center provides a wide variety of programs designed to enrich children’s learning and classroom experiences. All of our educational tours of York, PA attractions and hands-on educational programs are designed to be compatible with current Pennsylvania State Academic History Standards. Trained docents and education staff lead groups through any number of the History Center’s sites on their way to learning more about how your history starts here.
Educators of all subjects can bring students in for tours, allowing them to take advantage of a wide variety of programs designed to enrich children’s learning and classroom experiences.
Scout groups, church youth groups and summer campers should also have this as a must-visit destination to learn about York County’s history.
