Connect with virtual exhibits anytime, anywhere
The History Center is excited to present its Virtual Exhibits to deliver a unique online experience during your exploration of the county’s vibrant history. Our goal with these online exhibits is to provide you with extensive digital offerings that will be available to enjoy at any time and from anywhere. With 12 exhibits developed and more to come, current topics range from the Underground Railroad in York County (“Following Freedom”) and a catalog of war memorials around the county (“The War Memorials and Markers of York County”) to a study of the environmental impact of more than 200 years of development along the Codorus Creek (“Flowing Through History”). See the latest virtual exhibit, “May They Rest in Peace.” Explore the others by clicking on any of the images below.
