Susquehanna National Heritage Area Senior Project Leader Peter Miele is leading the development of the Susquehanna Discovery Center & Heritage Park at the historic Mifflin Farm. Most closely associated with the Underground Railroad and the Civil War, this site and the people who lived there also had an impact on the American Revolution and its aftermath. He will explore the leading families of Wrightsville and Columbia and discuss how they contributed to America’s War for Independence. A great way to begin your celebration of America’s 250th birthday!
