Share Your Story

It is the primary goal of the York County History Center to create a welcoming and inclusive place, where everyone feels their history is told and preserved and that their story matters.

At the York County History Center, we recognize that York County’s diverse communities have a rich history that has not always been preserved. Community members are invited to share personal stories and reflections, family history and photographs, as well as other historical documents. For more information on how to Share Your Story through oral history interviews, scanning and/or donating family and community collections to the History Center, please contact Nicole Smith at nsmith@yorkhistorycenter.org.
