The next Writers’ Roundtable meeting will be Thursday March 5 at 7 p.m. Neicy DeShields-Moulton, Tina Charles, Becky Anstine will talk about family history research and cemetery restoration.

What unravels when you pull the thread?

Three tireless York County researchers will tell about their projects at the 7 p.m., March 5, meeting of the York County Writers Roundtable. Becky Anstine will talk about research into several stories she’s written for the Journal of York County Heritage, including her work on the Smallwood family of York County. Tina Charles will talk about her research into a range of topics – from the McLean family to a little-known bank 20th-century York County bank scandal. And Neicy DeShields-Moulton will present about researching family history: what the records reveal.

The quarterly meeting of the roundtable is set for the York County History Center, 121 N. Pershing Ave., York. The roundtable is a networking group of local and regional students of history and history-minded members of the public.
