Enjoy an unforgettable night at the History Center with our historic mixology program! We’re celebrating National Gardening Month in April, and attendees will enjoy two flowery cocktails: the Aviation, a classic Prohibition-era drink made with crème de violette, which gives it a signature pale blue/purple color and floral notes; and Elderflower Mojito, which adds a note of pear and honeysuckle to the classic Cuban drink.
