History Center closed Sunday for Easter, galleries will be closed April 22

The History Center galleries will be closed Tuesday, April 22, for some improvements and minor maintenance to exhibits and exhibit spaces. The rest of the building, including the Library & Archives, will remain open. Also, the History Center will be closed entirely this Sunday, April 20, for Easter. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Due to his love of history Michael Maloney started writing books. His latest book Rattlesnake Colonel: Thomas Cresap An American Paradox will be the focus of our Second Saturday program in May. Rattlesnake Colonel covers the contradictory and often controversial life of Thomas Cresap.
