Homeschool Days

Homeschool Day Courthouse 2

Homeschool families love to learn at the museum!

The History Center offers a unique opportunity for homeschooled students and their families to participate in thematic, hands-on STEAM experiences centered on the museum’s exhibits. Programs are designed for elementary school-age students but younger and older siblings are welcome to participate.

Topics explored during Homeschool Days programs include life in colonial York County, where students learn about: fur trading and other business; how clothing was made; what money looked like and how it was printed.

For details on upcoming topics, visit the Homeschool Days program page.
