Attend this event to learn about the legal responsibilities, terminology and steps necessary to take. Additionally, we will address role of an Agent under a Power of Attorney. This FREE workshop is geared to assist anyone with elderly parents or partners.

About Attorney Tom Shorb: Tom Shorb is a partner in the law firm of Stock and Leader and the focus of his practice is in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. He is the Chairman of the firm’s Estate Practice Group. He is a graduate of Villanova University and the Delaware Law School. Tom has been involved with several nonprofit organizations throughout his career.
About Sheri Leo: In her over 25-year career in financial management, maybe the most impactful, before coming to Fulton, were those as a planned giving officer at a Lehigh Valley college. “I met dozens of individuals and couples who loved their school yet were concerned for their family’s well being at the same time,” she remembers. “I admire them so much for their dedication to both.” Sheri joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2015. She now has the trust of more than 50 clients with assets totaling nearly $100 million. Sheri started her career as a Trust Investment Officer with a bank in Pottsville, PA and spent more than 12 years as a Trust Investment Officer and a Senior Relationship Manager with a bank in Vermont. Wherever she’s lived, she’s served as a nonprofit board member, volunteer and advisor. “Direct engagement helps the community, my clients, and besides, I really enjoy it.” Sheri has B.S. from Shippensburg University, is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute, achieved the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation in 2004 and belongs to several professional organizations in the nonprofit and financial management fields. She is on the board of the Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties and serves on the planned giving committee for Northampton Community College, the President’s Advisory Council at DeSales University and the Endowment Committee for the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
About Tim Sutherland: Timothy H. Sutherland is a Certified Financial Planner® and principal of Harvest Rock Advisors, LLC, an independent, full-service wealth management firm in downtown York. Tim specializes in before-tax financial planning, including comprehensive charitable giving strategies. He has twenty-two years of wealth management experience and is a recovering accountant. Tim earned an accounting degree from James Madison University and a Masters of Finance degree from Loyola University. He lives in West York with his wife Carrie and their two felines, Harvey and Rocky.
