The 1940s: Swing Back in Time

York has always been known for its innovation and resourcefulness and the 1940s  proved that Yorker’s could “Do What We Can With What We Have.”  The 1940s will be highlighted as part of the History Center’s 26th Annual Art and Leisure Auction at its new location at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum on Princess Street.  Come dressed in 40s style and celebrate York’s ingenuity…we know you’ll have a great time while you raise funds to support the History Center.  Many thanks to Peoplesbank– our Presenting Sponsor for this year’s auction.

The evening begins with culinary delights from our awesome local caterers and music and, then let the bidding begin!  Our auction gets underway with a great selection of LIVE and SILENT Auction Items ranging from original works of art to overnight stays and everything in between!
