Oyster Festival 2020: Road Rally

Tour de York a Road Rally 2020 Style

Download the Rally HERE!

Its a rally perfect for being socially distanced! Get your friends and family together for a kid-friendly scenic tour of a sampling of York County’s historic offerings. You can complete the road rally in as little as 2.5 hours or choose to make a day of it by getting out and exploring each stop. Pack a lunch or snack to enjoy one spot in particular that’s a gorgeous, wooded picnic area about 1 hour in. What spot? You’ll have to participate to find out!

While the The Tour de York officially took place between October 10-October 31 and cost $25 per car, we are now making it available for a limited time for free. You do this at your own pace and there are no prizes, but still lots of fun!

The tour begins and ends at the Historical Society Museum at 250 East Market Street.

Chef’s Showcase!

This year our Oyster Festival has moved to a virtual platform for the safety of our members, visitors, volunteers, and staff.  But just because we are virtual doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy oysters at home!  Our Chef’s Showcase series will help teach you how to make oyster dishes at home as prepared by several local restaurants.
